Will Nunziata is a NYC-based award-winning filmmaker, theatre director, and writer.

 

Film: The Old Guitarist (Writer, Director) starring Dominic Chianese (Uncle Junior in The Sopranos). Awards: Winner of over a dozen national and international awards including the London Movie Awards (Best Short Film, Best Director), the New York Movie Awards (Best First Time Director of a Short), and the Paris Film Awards (Best First Time Director of a Short), among others. Lillith (Winner of Best Original Screenplay, 2023 Hollywood Blood Horror Festival; Winner of Best Horror Screenplay, 2024 New York Screenplay Competition; Winner of Best Horror Screenplay, 2025 Los Angeles Crime & Horror Film Festival).

In the theatre world, Will has directed on the West End at The London Palladium and the off-Broadway & UK premieres of White Rose: The Musical. Theatre/Opera in development: For Vincent: The New Van Gogh Musical (Co-Creator, Director), Dubbo Championship Wrestling: A New Aussie Rock Musical (Director), By The End Of Tonight: A Dark Comedy (Director), As I Lay Dying: A New Musical (Book Writer, Lyricist, Director), The Waves: A New Opera (Librettist), Miss Peggy Lee (Director, Writer, Co-Creator) starring Tony Award winner Cady Huffman; Award: Broadway World Best Director. 

 

Concerts: Will has written and directed dozens of shows for Tony Award winner Lillias White, Soul Train Award winner Nicole Henry, Platinum Recording Artist Jackie Evancho, and Grammy Award nominee Clint Holmes, to name a few. 

 

For twenty years Will performed professionally, singing across the country and around the world with his twin brother, singer-songwriter Anthony Nunziata, culminating in co-headlining Carnegie Hall with the NY Pops Symphony Orchestra.
